Welcome to VoxTap, a service operated by Aleksey Khodakov. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.
Access to the Service
- VoxTap currently offers free access to its voice input tools for personal and non-commercial use.
- In the future, we may offer paid subscription plans for "Pro" users that provide additional features or usage limits. Details of these plans, including pricing and billing terms, will be made available on the Service prior to launch.
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue parts or all of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
User Data
- When you use VoxTap, we may collect information such as your email address and usage activity in order to provide and improve the Service.

Non-Personal Data
- We may use cookies, analytics tools, and other tracking technologies to collect non-personally identifiable data about your interactions with the Service. This information helps us understand user behaviour and improve the product experience.
Payments & Subscriptions
- Paid subscriptions (for "Pro" features) will be charged on a monthly basis once introduced. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis.
- Users will be able to cancel subscriptions at any time through the account settings page.
- We may offer trial periods or discounts at our discretion. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy section below.
Paid subscription usage must adhere to these Terms, which prohibit:
- Abusive usage, such as automatically or programmatically extracting data.
- Sharing your account credentials or making your account available to anyone else.
- Reselling access or using VoxTap to power third-party services.
We have safeguards in place to help prevent misuse. This may occasionally involve a temporary restriction on your usage — we will inform you when this happens. If you believe this is a mistake, contact us at help@voxtap.io. If no policy violation is found, your access will be restored.
Right to Cancel
If you are a Consumer, you have the right to cancel this Agreement and return the Service within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day after completion of the transaction.
To cancel, contact us at help@voxtap.io before the 14-day period expires. For subscription services, the right to cancel applies only following the initial subscription, not upon each automatic renewal.

Effect of Cancellation
If you cancel this Agreement as permitted above, we will reimburse all payments received from you — without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed of your decision. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Refund Policy
- You may request a full refund within 14 days of the date of purchase for one-off purchases.
- For subscription services, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the date on which your subscription was last renewed (including the initial purchase). This 14-day policy applies without exceptions.
To request a refund, contact us at help@voxtap.io with the email used at checkout and your order or transaction details. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and processed via Paddle (our payment partner).
We will process refunds without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your request. You will not incur any fees. After the 14-day period, you may cancel future renewals at any time — your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time outside this period.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Kazakhstan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date above and may notify you via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
